The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and service skills with a desire to help others. They will have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a timely manner.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Greet and direct visitors
- Answer incoming calls and transfer to appropriate departments
- Receive and distribute mail
- Light clerical duties
- High School Diploma or equivalent

Write Your Own Paycheck
You will earn excellent commissions, and we pay weekly upon submission of your production. We’ll even advance your commissions to help get you started. If you follow the system, you’ll do well! Ask us for some income examples.
Your Very Own Mentor
We’ll match you with an experienced one-on-one mentor, who has a vested interest in your success. You can go on appointments with your mentor, and call him with your questions.
Control Your Own Schedule
This isn’t a 9 to 5 position. If you prefer evenings over early mornings, work when you feel most productive. As long as you put in the work, your schedule is up to you.
Work the Territory of Your Choice
Work in your hometown, or anywhere you like. If there’s not agent in that area already, we can even provide you with a protected territory if you qualify.
We’ve established relationships with dozens of insurance carriers, to offer a variety of quality products. This enables agents to shop around and find the best product for our clients.
We’re not going to ask you to go after all your friends and family. We’ll provide you with leads to help you get in front of prospects in this booming market. There were 40 million of seniors in 2010 and a predicted 60 million seniors in 2020.

We’ll provide you with tools to help you manage your clients and their policies, and to help you communicate with them at just the right times, so they’ll stick around as long-term clients.
We want you helping clients, not bogged down in administrative duties. Our job is to make it so you can spend more time with clients and make sales.
