I have always been greeted at the front desk with a smile, and It is the personal touch that Janet offers to her clients. It's like coming to visit a friend...and oh, also, discussing my insurance needs. lol Janet is so friendly, I never feel rushed out, how could anyone go anywhere else? I felt that your representatives were well informed and would be willing to go to bat for me if I ever had an issue with the insurance agency in the future. Both representatives I spoke with were personable and seemed eager to help me find what options were right for me. Janet has many years of experience in this field and has been a teacher in the past as I have been. Both representatives were willing to come to my home to do business. I hope that will continue as I get older since mobility has become a major issue with my elderly mother and I can see how difficult that makes it for her to do business she needs to conduct.
